Manage your key.

Rotate a key that you think is exposed, accept the current terms, certify TradeCheck use, revoke a key or close your account. Paste your key first.

Accept the terms

A key made before the terms, or before their current version, must accept them before it can buy calls or a plan.

Certify TradeCheck use

TradeCheck (contractor licenses) answers no call from a key without this certification. The other APIs do not need it.

Rotate the key

We make a new key and stop the old key at once. The plan, prepaid calls, subscription and usage move to the new key. Apps that you connected over MCP must sign in again with the new key. We send an email about the rotation to the email of the account. If you think someone else used your key, also write to support@elysianintelligence.com.

We show the new key once. If the answer does not arrive, the old key may already be stopped: write to us from the email of the key.

Revoke the key

We stop the key at once, for good, and send an email to the account. A key with a live subscription or prepaid calls cannot be revoked: rotate it, so they move to a new key. If this is the last key of the account, a new key needs a new sign-up or a message to support@elysianintelligence.com.

Close the account

We revoke every key of the account (the email of this key) and send an email to the account. Cancel any subscription in the Stripe customer portal first. Prepaid calls that are left end with the account. We delete the email address and the key records 30 days after closure, and keep billing records for seven years without the email address, as the privacy policy says.

Lost access or a stolen key

We email the account each time a key is rotated or revoked, and when the account is closed. If you lost your key, or you got that email and did not make the change, write to support@elysianintelligence.com from the email of the account at once.

Support checks that the message comes from the email of the account, revokes the key that someone else may hold, and issues a new key to you. The plan, prepaid calls and subscription stay with the account.
